Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of KensaSocial software and related services operated by Kensa Digital (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a license or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

License

KensaSocial is sold as the Launch plan — a $39/month subscription with a 7-day free trial, processed through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription grants you the right to install and use the software on your devices subject to the activation limits configured at purchase (currently up to three devices per license key unless otherwise stated at checkout).

The open-source components of the project may be available under separate licenses (for example MIT). Your paid license is required to use production publishing and license verification services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share license keys in ways that circumvent device activation limits
• Use the service to publish unlawful, abusive, or spam content
• Attempt to bypass license verification or access other users’ connected accounts
• Reverse engineer or attack our verification or publishing infrastructure

You remain responsible for content you schedule and publish through your connected social accounts.

Fair use: KensaSocial is intended for individual developers and small teams scheduling content through normal workflows. Excessive automated posting, reselling access, or usage that degrades service for others may result in throttling or suspension.

Third-party platforms

KensaSocial integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of those networks is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for platform API changes, account suspensions, or publishing failures caused by third parties.

X (Beta): Twitter/X publishing is offered as a beta feature under a fair-use policy. It is intended for typical individual or small-team posting — on the order of tens to low hundreds of posts per month — not high-volume automation or bulk syndication. Beta features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without notice. We may contact you if usage appears inconsistent with fair use.

Plan changes and grandfathering

We may introduce new subscription plans or features over time. If you subscribed to the Launch plan before additional tiers are offered, we will grandfather your subscription so you retain equivalent access to what a higher tier would provide at the time tiers launch, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. Specific grandfathering details will be communicated before any plan change takes effect.

Availability and changes

We may update the software, supported platforms, or verification services. We aim to maintain backward compatibility but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beta or preview features may change without notice.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or inability to publish content.

Refund policy

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. If KensaSocial does not work on your system after reasonable troubleshooting, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@kensasocial.com with your order email and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with Lemon Squeezy’s refund processes. Abuse of refunds (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may result in license revocation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. Local-first storage and limited transmission at publish time are core product principles.
